"My name is Michael L and I posted furniture for sale online at Craigslist.. A nice couple came by and purchased it. They told me that they were going to have movers come and pick it up on Monday afternoon. I received a confirmation call from Joe on Monday telling me when they would arrive. A little while later, I received a call from his brother Sebastian asking if I was ready for them to come. I said I was and they came over. Sebastian and his worker were exceptionally polite and professional; each piece was wrapped as you'd expect professionals to wrap them. They were extremely careful with the doors, walls, ceilings and carpeting in my house, as well as the furniture they were moving. The reason I am writing this is because of the extra care they took in a house of someone who wasn't even paying them. I have had other movers and supposed professionals in my house and almost always had something go wrong. "I can not imagine more honest, efficient and helpful movers than Joe and his team. I found them last minute on craigslist, and they moved me into a new apartment... only to find out, while we were moving, from tenants of the new apartment that the building had a bed bug infestation! I didn't think much of it - we left my belongings there and I went home to Detroit for the holidays the next morning. When I told my roommates about the bed bug problem in our new apartment, however, they decided that they wanted to find a new place. I called Joe, overnighted him my keys, and he moved my belongings into storage and also treated everything for bed bugs. Joe took care of everything while I was away. When I came back to New York, he moved it all (again!) into the new apartment my roommates found, and then even came back to help load whatever didn't fit into my mother's car to go back to Detroit. Joe is trustworthy, careful and gets the job done for a very fair price. I sincerely recommend Joe and his team for anyone who needs to move, and I feel very lucky that I found them."
